Lake Oswego Pergola and Patio

CHALLENGE:  The existing on grade wood deck was multi-leveled to accommodate boulders under the deck area.  The different levels made the deck hard to maintain, slippery, and thus an area the Owners avoided.  The Owners desired a low maintenance area that could be an extension of their home for outdoor entertaining.

Solution:  The existing wood deck and steps were removed.  The area hand graded and the boulders removed for smoother transitions in the grade.  A stamped concrete patio was constructed with stained borders.  New concrete stairs were installed for easier walking and maintenance.  A red cedar pergola was built to serve as a center piece for outdoor dining and viewing the adjoining golf course.  If you have questions or need information, call Bright Works today at (503) 697-7724.
